QRcito is designed to not collect, store, or transmit personal data. Period.

  1. Zero tracking

    We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, or any analytics service. We do not set third-party tracking cookies.

  2. 100% local processing

    QR code generation happens entirely in your browser with JavaScript. The content you enter (URL, Wi-Fi, vCard, etc.) is never sent to our servers or any third party.

  3. What we store locally

    In your own browser we only store: (a) your last 5 QRs, for quick access; (b) your light/dark theme preference; (c) a technical cookie "qrcito_lang" to remember the selected language (1-year lifetime). None of this data reaches our server.

  4. Your rights (GDPR)

    Since we do not store any identifiable personal data on our servers, there is effectively no personal data to access, rectify or delete. Server logs are rotated automatically every 30 days.
